Hyrox
Hyrox is an innovative discipline combining 8 km of running and 8 functional exercises (sled push, burpees, rowing...) to test your strength, endurance, and mental resilience. Accessible to all levels, its standardized format allows you to measure yourself against yourself or others anywhere in the world. At CrossFit 1163, we support you in taking on this unique challenge and joining a rapidly growing global community.
Girls Squad
The Girls Squad is a 100% female CrossFit class designed for women of all ages and levels in a supportive and encouraging environment. Strength training, cardio, and circuit exercises combine to improve your strength, endurance, and flexibility under the guidance of a qualified coach. More than just a workout, it’s a true community of women united around a healthy and active lifestyle.
Blitz
The Blitz is an intense and varied workout combining high-intensity cardio and full-body strength training in a dynamic short circuit format. No two sessions are the same: kettlebells, free weights, running, and jumping follow one another to maximize calorie burning and tone the entire body. Accessible to all levels, each session is tailored by our coaches to help you achieve your goals quickly and effectively.
Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice that synchronizes movement and breath to create a harmonious flow of linked postures. It improves flexibility, strengthens the body deeply, and promotes mental and physical relaxation. Ideal as a complement to your sports training, this class is open to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Crossfit KIDS
CrossFit Kids is a fun and age-appropriate training program designed to develop children's motor skills, coordination, and self-confidence. Through games and functional exercises tailored to their age, children learn to move correctly while having fun. It's an ideal way to introduce young ones to physical activity in a safe and supportive environment.
Crossfit Teens
CrossFit Teens is a program specifically designed for teenagers, combining physical development and self-confidence building. The tailored sessions allow young people to progress at their own pace, developing their strength, coordination, and healthy sports habits. In a motivating environment led by experienced coaches, teens find their place and push their limits together.
Open Gym
The Open Gym is a free practice slot that allows you to use all of our equipment as you wish, according to your personal goals. Whether it's to work on a specific movement, practice your personal program, or complete your training, you are in charge of your session. Our coaches remain available to advise and support you in your practice independently.
Specialization
Our specialization courses in weightlifting and gymnastics allow you to master and perfect the fundamental technical movements of CrossFit. In small groups, under the supervision of specialized coaches, you will work on your technique, mobility, and strength for sustainable progress. These sessions are ideal for anyone looking to take their practice to the next level with precision and efficiency.
Running
